Devinlo Refund & Replacement Policy

At Devinlo, your satisfaction matters — we’re here to make sure your order works for you.

1. Refunds

We offer refund options only if the item you received is damaged. If that’s the case:

  • Reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide proof of purchase, plus photos of the damage.
  • Once we’ve reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • The refund will appear once your bank processes it (processing time may vary).

2. Replacements

If your clothing item doesn’t fit and you simply need a different size, we’ve got you covered:

  • Request a replacement within 1 month of receiving your order.
  • You’ll need to provide your order details and return the original item in its condition.
  • We cover the cost of return shipping for the replacement.
  • The replacement will be sent as soon as your request is approved.

3. How to Make a Request

  • Contact us via email or through our contact form and include your order number, proof of purchase, and (if applicable) photos.
  • Our team responds within 4–12 hours.

4. Processing and Timing

  • For refunds: once approved, you’ll see the funds back in your account based on your bank’s timeline.
  • For replacements: your new size will be shipped promptly after approval.

5. Important Details

  • Refunds only apply for damaged items, not for change of mind or fit issues (those fall under replacements).
  • Replacements are only for different sizes, not for different models or colours unless approved.
  • We require the item to be returned before we issue a refund or replacement.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees or additional fees for standard refunds or replacements.
